Can I return an item?

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return one or all of the items purchased postmarked within 30 calendar days of receipt for a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that any merchandise bought on sale cannot be returned and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Items must be returned in their original condition unworn, unwashed, unaltered and must have all tags attached. Any merchandise returned must be returned in the original garment bag.

How do I return an item?

For all return requests, contact us at online@justincassin.com within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will issue you with a Returns Authorisation Number (RA#). Please provide a brief explanation of your return, including your order number. All items are to be returned within 14 days from the date of issue of your RA#. Items received after the 14-day time frame will be assessed at our discretion. Items returned without an RA# will not be accepted and will be returned at your expense.

Please note that garment tags must remain attached, and any item returned that is soiled or damaged will be sent back to you at your own expense.

For security and peace of mind, we recommend that you use an insured registered post to ensure safe and documented delivery as we are not liable for any lost returned items.

When will I receive my return?

Please allow 14-21 business days from the time you mail your order for your return to be processed.

Can I exchange an item?

We do not accept exchanges at this time. However if you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. You are then welcome to return your original order by following the steps above for a full refund. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item (provided the merchandise complies to our Returns policy above).
